Very interesting wiki entry about the foreign regime change actions which the US Government has been involved in since the beginning of the twentieth century. It's broken down into three different sections, using the cold war as the basis. Some of this information is already well known, but a lot of it was a surprise, and there are some countries where there was more than one operation.
