Now that it's starting to get cold again, it's the perfect opportunity to get an exercise plan in motion and get your body right for when it gets warm again! Since I'm currently self-employed and the budget is tight, I found some exercises I can do at home. Check these out:

When I get my money right, I'll enroll myself in a martial arts course, a yoga class, and a belly dancing course so I can get my health and well-being in order and to have my body right for next spring and summer!
